All areas roofing and maintenance quoted a good price to replace my neighbour's and our garage roof. They were later than expected starting but did a good job we thought. Within in a week we had a major leak in our downstairs toilet. Never having leaked before we were surprised and could only think it was to do with roof over garage as the toilet backs onto it. We sent a message and they came back eventually got on the roof identified the leak?? and proceeded to mend it. Juts before Christmas we had a lot of rain and found the leak back. Called to tell them they turned up and covered with Tarpaulin and bricks to hold down and said be back after Christmas as their Dad was ill with Covid. We are now in May have tried emailing texting and no answer to either. So we rang was answere by the Dad and he said be there by Monday which was 3 weeks ago. Nobody has been in touch ro mended said leak. Not a way to run a business. Be wary of them.
