The high pressure jet wash took a lot of the cement our of the front walks I had done, as well as removing brickwork and cement that held my down pipe guttering. He tried to 're-point some of the brickwork using his finger ! Obviously it looked a mess so much so I have had to employ others to re-point all the walls. Wasn't impressed that they went and done another job for a neighbour whilst I day waiting for them to come and do work at mine ! Unfortunately the song of whom is in control of taking messages, work etc on his phone, lacks all experience in taking down requests etc and passing on the information to his father, leaving you not knowing what's going on? On one occasion I rang, all I received was a grunt from the 17 year old. I initially thought I had chosen correctly, but the fact it's cost me a lot of money to repair work that has severely damaged my property that should not have happened, or shown no remorse. Not a company I would use again or recommend.
