Orchard Tree Surgeons did a first class job of digging out and removing a dead box hedge and leaving the site tidy afterwards. They were friendly and professional throughout the work. Highly recommended team for anyone needing garden work. Thanks again, lads!

Billy, the guy that came to me through Bark.Com gave me a price after looking at the photos. I asked if he wanted to come round and look, but he assured me all was fine and he had a cancellation for the next day and would be with me in the morning. He called next morning to say he had a small job to do first but would be there by mid-morning. By midday he still wast here. I called and he said he would be with me soon. I explained my worry that I thought it was a big job to complete in an afternoon. He told me not to worry and he does this all the time and the tree would be gone by the end of the day. He eventually turned up at 16.30 and worked till 20.00 when he announced it was getting dark and he would need to come back. He couldn’t make it till a week later…. I had already been let down previously by someone who had worked on the tree, so agreed to wait as I was going away. He messaged me and asked for part a payment for the work carried out and stupidly I agreed. (I should have realised when he said do I just want to pay for the work done or do I want him to come back..!!). A week later the day before he was due I messaged and called on numerous occasions as I hadn’t heard what time he was starting. Tried again next morning and eventually got an answer to be told he had motor trouble and wouldn’t be coming. Said the van wouldn’t be back on the road for two weeks leaving me with the job Incomplete and the mess in the garden to clear. I’m still awaiting a new date to complete the job, and keep calling and messaging but get no reply I have a feeling I will be looking for a third tree surgeon..!!
