From first contact Steve was professional and personable. He was clear about the work the team could complete to give us our new roof and the cost. We were kept updated at every step regarding start date and length the job should take. The team completing the job were friendly and professional, answering any questions we had and letting us know the progress of the job. When the team found a problem with our joists they took us into the loft to show us exactly what the problem was and clearly explained how it would need to be fixed and the extra costs involved. After discuss any costs we were given plenty of time to think about, discuss and look at our finances to decide if we could afford the work. The final roof is excellent. We're are very pleased with the finish and the look of the tiles that we had the option to choose. Would recommend the team.

Please note my review from Nov 7th 2022. After paying a significant sum of money to Roof fix for a completely new roof, I have a roof which is leaking in three different places. Since Dec2023, I have tried many times to get in touch with Roof fix to fix the leaks in line with their guarantee. Roof fix have either:
- not been available my phone - phone numbers going to voicemail
-phone numbers ring out
- emails unanswered
- phone call answered, given dates/times for fixes but 'no shows' on the day/time
Please be careful with your money. I thought I was safe knowing if there were any issues I could rely on the Rood fix guarantee however I now need to look for another roofer.

Good news:
The work was excellent, done carefully and efficiently and the end product very satisfactory. The tradesmen turned up on time and worked steadily while I was regularly kept informed of progress.
Bad news:
The final bill was more than two and a half times the initial quote. I chose this company because of the low quote but in the end it was more costly than the quotes from other firms. So, word of caution, get a cast iron guarantee of costs before proceeding. I was caught out and paid handsomely for for it, an extra £2,700.00!
That said, you will still get an excellent job done. No problems with the workmanship.
