Very dissatisfied seemed genuine quoted me 1200 for leak in roof had job done then he added another 600 for pointing and new corner pieces so I paid him part cash part into not a business account he left quickly without showing me roof so then found all old roof rubbish at side of and behind my shed we didn't complain also he didn't go right to the top with edging now my neighbour has the Council roofers as she rents and they are disgusted and said I've been way overcharged so am very upset as ive had to borrow money off family so am now in debt

SHOCKING POOR WORKMANSIP AND COMPLETE FAILURE TO REATTEND TO CORRECT/DISCUSS ISSUES. OVER QUOTED AND FAILED TO COMPLETE WORKS. MORTAR INCOMPLETE ON REAR RIDGE TILE. FAILED TO REPOINT COMPLETE CHIMNEY, ONLY DID AROUND FLASHING DESPITE CLEAR VISILABLE NEED FOR IT. PUSHED DOWNPIPE OUT OF GUTTER AND FAILED TO RETURN DESPITE ONE PROMISE TO. CALLS TO LIAMS PHONE ALLEGEDLY ANSWERED BY DAVID, WITH PROMISE TO HAVE LIAM CALL, 10 CALLS + AND 3 WEEKS OF FAILED RETURN CALLS. COMPLAINT LODGED WITH BARK...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
