Would be most grateful if you read my gumtree advert headed
“BOWLS WANTED MUST BE IN GOOD CONDITION”
as it explains in detail why I have so many sets for sale.

Thank you to all who have given me such lovely reviews as this is very much appreciated that you have taken the time and also is a reassurance to anyone who understandably is apprehensive of paying by bank transfer when requiring courier delivery. This due to sadly the number of scammers who spoil it for genuine sellers.

Also I have a selection of bowls that I have still not had the time to advertise including a number of lower priced sets purchased well over a year ago that were purchased for new players who in my opinion not purchase expensive bowls till sure they are happy with the size and bias.
So please enquire if none in the adverts are suitable.
I have a far to large selection of sizes 4 5 & 6 due to my lack of thought when I started obtaining sets and have only listed one set of 5’s and no 6’s yet. So “HELP” need bowlers with large hands to get in touch. 🥵😂🙏
Will try and get these additional sets added with the assistance of a friend ASAP.

This venture has been very enjoyable but also very challenging and in life have always seemed to learn things the hard way but will hopefully eventually get it right.🥵

Please view my “Bowls Wanted In Good Condition” advert which explains why I have so many sets of bowls for sale and gives suggestions to any new bowlers to hopefully help avoid purchasing size or bias that is not best suited to personal requirements.

This set and some other Almark and Taylor sets were purchased some time ago and due to personal circumstances did not have time to advertise till near the end of last years outdoor season and decided not to continue to show the adverts again till now as in my opinion certainly not suitable for indoor bowling due to having a very wide swing.
These sets were purchased for beginners who wish to have a wide swinging bowl with a low outlay
in case they decide to change to a mid bias or narrow bias once developing their skills.

Have decided to reduce my prices on all sets where practical as now aware I have purchased far to many sets in sizes 3 - 5 and still have only limited options in 0000 - 2 so need to have the finance to build a sensible mix of sizes in all the most popular selling bowls.

Due to the growing number of enquiries requiring posting can now offer this service to those unable to view and collect as have managed to get a family member to assist in packing and labelling due to now in my late 70’s found this additional service to be most frustrating and very time consuming

If required am more than willing as extra reassurance the bowls are in the condition advertised to allow any potential buyer the opportunity to view on FaceTime or WhatsApp.

This set of Almark unique plain grip bowls are ideal for someone wishing to purchase a quality set of bowls without the high cost of a new set.
They are in good condition for their age and ideal for a beginner although also ok for a seasoned bowler who wishes to keep cost to a minimum.
I have added photos showing some sets currently for sale on EBay to allow you to see my asking price represents fantastic value in comparison.

Due to recent personal circumstances have now started to also purchase lower priced sets of various sizes and models to offer anyone new to bowls.
As a bowling coach wish to encourage many more of you not already playing this great game to give it a go as it has personally helped improve my health since I starting playing at the age of 65 and now in mid 70’s more than ever appreciate the benefits whilst also having fun and light exercise.
If you are within driving distance and new to bowling discover that the set you purchase does not suit your requirement’s due to size or bias will be more than willing to offer you a part exchange for any other sets I have available that may suit better within 2 weeks of purchase.
