Description
Yes you will almost certainly find this a few pound cheaper but maybe not in better condition so is worth the extra investment.
This book was, and still is, the most explosive book about Elvis ever written – released by 3 of his bodyguards (the Memphis Mafia).
It broke his heart when this book was released on 1st August 1977 and 2 weeks later the King was dead.
It is a fascinating insight into life with Elvis and as you can imagine is at times a tough read.
The Memphis Mafia stated their motive was to get Elvis back and that the drugs had taken him away and they wanted to ‘shock him’ into seeing what he had become.
This is rare to find in any condition and this is VGC – EX – just some creasing to spine and discolouring of pages and some writing on inside cover. This is a about as good as you will find this.
If you are looking for a cheaper one then you will find one for £20 - £30 but will be falling apart – if so THIS IS NOT FOR YOU as this book keeps its price like no other book.
If you want one in very good condition as described above then THIS IS FOR YOU.
