A commemorative edition of The Sketch featuring photographs from the Coronation of King George 6th with advertising and features of the day.
It’s fascinating to see what seems to have been and who seems to have been important at the time.
It’s a forerunner of Hello! and OK magazines … I just shows that there really is nothing new in our obsession with “Celebrity”
