Description
John Kirk, companion of David Livingstone, closed down the slave trade on the island of Zanzibar. Very interesting account of Kirk's relationship with Livingstone, and Kirk's active opposition to slavery.
Hardback. 2011. Very good condition. Clean and firm. Small pencilled price inside. Small crease on inside of dust jacket at back of book.
