Has a lot of quirky classy features, very roomy aft cabin and easy conversion to have a walk through aft to front .
We would sell without the wheelhouse if your going to build your own or we would sell the vessel without the two Thornycroft Engines .
She’s a beamy 52 foot with lovely curves.
We could carry out house boat conversion work for you or sell as is.
A hard standing is available but you will have to pay one month down one month up front and the one month will be reimbursed upon leaving .
