2005 Beneteau First 25.7. Overall in very good condition due to very little use over the years with many recent upgrades/replacements.
Double berth in the forepeak, two single sette berths in the main saloon on either side of the table. The starboard settee pulls out and converts to a generous double.
Fixed fin keel with twin lifting/removable rudders.
New sails (main and Genoa) in the last six years (no receipt). Symmetric spinnaker, pole and asymmetric spinnaker with snuffer sock included.
All running rigging removed during the winter, washed and dry stored with mousing lines used in the mast during winter lay-up.
Stack-pack which is useable but has been replaced with a new black boom cover (July 2023).
Brand new tinted and lockable perspex washboards, 2 other washboards for temporary/winter use.
Standing rigging replaced in 2016 (with receipt) and stainless steel safety/guard wires replaced 2023.
Upgraded stainless steel rudder linkage components.
Dark blue "Tecsew" sprayhood.
I have a webasto air top 2000 ST 2.0kW diesel heater in the garage which needs to be installed and can be included if wanted.
Nanni 14hp diesel inboard with 2 blade 13x9 folding prop. Very clean condition and low hours due to little use. Freshly serviced every year before launching.
Raymarine depth/speed and ST1000 autopilot.
Includes the original 30L water tank or optional 62L water tank, both hard plastic with removable inspection hatches. Both tanks have been removed, cleaned and dried stored over winter periods.
Original upholstery which is a white leatherette/pvc cushions which, apart from a couple of minor blemishes are basically unmarked. LED touch dimmable spot lighting throughout inside.
Jabsco sea toilet with full service kit installed summer 2023.
Brand new oversized Plastimo Kobra II 12kg anchor with chain (approx. 10m) and rope (approx. 30m). Fits snugly in the chain locker.
Comes with a round tail Avon dinghy in very good condition with outboard bracket and 2hp Johnson 2 stroke in full working order. I have a brand new unused 3D Tender twin Air 290 which can be included instead if preferred.
The antifoul was fully stripped back then Hempel primer and Black Hempel Cruiser performer applied.
Galvanised twin axle trailer with 3 tonne capacity available for extra, in as-new condition.
Currently ashore on my home driveway in Alexandria (West of Dumbarton, Scotland). I can tow it to a local marina (Sandpoint in Dumbarton or Rhu Marina Clyde) for the new owner, mast step & launch cost is £150 at Rhu Marina.
I would consider a swap for a larger sailing yacht/power boat/motor home with cash difference either way.
