1990 evenrude 4hp deluxe 2 stroke famously reliable engine with rare long shaft, just had impeller and new spark plugs never been used in salt water until I bought it to go in my sailboat however it doesn’t fit so was tested on tender then flushed out when I got home. Selects forward and reverse perfectly. Delivery possible for extra. Get in touch for video of it running
