Having to sell as i don't have suitable storage to keep off the road and it isn't fairing well sat on the driveway.

Overall it is a very solid car and been owned by family members for 14 years, fully serviced upto 120k and regular home service since. MOT history is excellent with no major issues and shows maintenance was always done in time plus lots of receipts. Haven't driven for over a year except starting now n then and only done around 3k since last MOT.
Advisory was for rear drop links which have been replaced and rear discs which I will supply a new set of both front and rear discs plus front pads in the sale.
Will also include a new oil filter as it should have a change with being sat a while.
The engine is the most desired M54 and is very solid, pulls well and quiet. You will do well to find a better block in any e39 or e46 of this age and nowhere near this price.

Bad bits
Age related marks and scuffs and is suffering being sat unused.
Couple of minor bubbles showing at usual point on one arch, not worsening, others are good.
Small lacquer peel in few spots and grainy texture along door edge, see pics.
Drivers mirror and boot catch elecs need looking at, not sure of fault, likely wire or connector. Loose connector on passenger seat and also heater matrix, needs wiggling now n again or taping up.
Vapour seal on rear door needs flying
Trim on drivers door needs couple of clips

Needs the fuel breather valve replacing as I've had it scanned and this fault came up, can be done for around £20.

Although it needs some TLC its always been a reliable car and I've no doubt it will do another 130k with just basic maintenance. Being sat a while it needs a good run and basic service.

If it wasn't for cosmetics and a some tlc needed, it would be priced higher than those 520 autos on for 5k+

Standard velour interior with factory M-sport steering wheel, cruise control and DSC system, parking sensors and sunroof.
Note.. i can not offer legal test drive on the road without MOT, tax etc. That won't change so don't ask.
