Description

A new addition to my family requires a car with more doors, hence the reluctant sale of this one.

I'm the 2nd owner and have had it for about 12 years. During this time I've looked after it as well as I can, and I've got a lot of receipts for parts and work that's been done over the time.

The good:
• Engine and gearbox run well
• New rear tyres
• New brake hoses on the front, new brake pipe on the back (after MOT advisory)
• Brake fluid service
• Recently had an oil service (Inc filter) with a new oil filter housing gasket, and new spark plugs. Rocker cover gaskets were changed about 5 years ago.
• Water pump and thermostat changed not too long ago.
• No lips on the brake rotors, and plenty of life left on the brake pads.
• Two keys
• Aux port wired to a Bluetooth receiver for wireless media and calls. This is also included in the sale.
• Good sound system from factory
• electrically adjustable seat height and recline

The bad:
• There's an electric power steering failure. I've a replacement motor for the rack, but no time to change it. This will be included in the sale.
• The alloys and paintwork have aged with the car.
• The battery on one of the keys is dead and not recharging. It can still be used to start the car, but the remote does not work.
• Parts of the dot matrix display on the media unit fades when warm.

Really sad to have to sell this. Super fun to drive a responsive manual in the days of electric cars and automatic gearboxes.
