BMW 116i Sport 1 Series Black 5DR Petrol Manual 2009 - ULEZ compliant

This beast of a car - with blacked out passenger windows - is ULEZ compliant and has always started first time and drives/accelerates well in the two years I've had it.

It just needs a bit of love (and money) poured into getting it back up to speed!

Starts with a 'start/stop' button.

The engine management light (EML) is on and sometimes flashes, causing the car to slow down/over-rev/engine to get hot.
Five owners in total.
Windscreen - A couple of chips.
Exterior - Non-aligned area at the side. Some scratches and areas of wear. Driver's wing mirror incorrect style for car model. Some fading of paint at the rear of the roof. Fully working rear parking sensors. One tyre valve dust cap is missing.
Interior - Very good just some wear at seat edges. Fully working radio/CD/AUX socket. Air-conditioning works perfectly and is ice cold! Electric windows all work. Sporty gear-shift knob. Six-speed gearbox. Fully full adjustable seats with various seating elements. Central locking.
Wheels - Some rusting on the alloy hubs and could do with new tyres (not illegal, though).

ENGINE SIZE - 1995cc.

COMES WITH: Two keys - one is broken/not working, original documents and a selection of service paperwork, BMW wallet.
Failed MOT: Headlamp aim, emissions, exhaust (lambda). The washer was highlighted as providing insufficient washer liquid - but that's been sorted out.

I no longer drive as much as I used to so it's not worth my while to splash out on rectifying the MOT failures, which are not costly and would be easy for a car enthusiast or garage to put right!
