Good condition inside and out. Age related marks as expected. Alloys are in OK condition (again, as expected for age)

Half leather interior (driver's seat has a small rip on. Always had a seat cover so it has caused me no issues).
Very good on fuel
180k miles - lots of work done on the engine before I purchased it. The mileage is not fully reflective of the car's condition or engine life.
No faults or issues.
MOT until end of September. I am happy to sell the car with 12 months fresh MOT
Recent brakes/pads all round
All tyres have been replaced
Paperwork kept since I have had the car (2022). Only 2k miles done in the past 12 months
Will be cleaned inside and out before sale.
Only reason for sale is that it's not being used (as evidenced by yearly mileage)
Very good run around, clean and tidy. This car pulls for nothing and is reliable on long journeys.
