At Cycle Michael, only excellent bikes are stocked. This is one that I built, resprayed and serviced.
I have made a number of Bianchi tribute road bikes over the past 5 years, this is a similar style.
An excellent frame; Criterium Elite, that needed a new lease of life. So I installed a Shimano Ultegra Groupset and resprayed with new decals. From a 9kg bike it's now 7.9kg.
Specialized do not actually make any bicycles. They assign factories in East Asia (Merida) to make a frame, Merida add a Shimano Groupset. Then add Specialized Decals.
Brand loyalty means they can make whatever they want, good or bad, and people will buy it. So that is exactly what I have done. Only this bike is only £595 not £3000+
I am here to sell bikes, Specialized are my most popular brand, hence why you are reading this add. Making popular bikes means I can continue on my cycling journey, and you get super lightweight bikes at the fraction of the cost. I have other original Specialized Bikes available in my other listings.
This bike was like new, only with a heavy Shimano Sora groupset. So now it's the SUPERLIGHT bike it should have been.
Would suit someone around 6ft +
Fully serviced and ready to ride away. If you want a bike with dry and rusty bearings, worn cassettes, stretched chains, there are plenty of cheap ones out there. Also very expensive bike shops charging £200+ to fix the problem.
