Revolution Track Single Speed / Fixie bike - serviced, very clean condition :)

Description

This bike is unfortuantely too big for me to use and I now have another bike, so I need to sell it to make space - a shame as it's a rare bike and in very good condition!!

It's a revolution track / single speed bike with an aluminium frame and a steel fork.

It's had very little use and has been stored for the majority of its life, it was just serviced this week:
- the chain has no wear on chain guage indicator, this has been degreased and relubed with Fenwick's professional chain lube
- the wheels have no wear to the braking surfaces, they have been tensioned up and trued. The front hub is cup and cone and has been degreased, regreased and adjusted properly
- the bars have been rewrapped with new tape - tacky and cushioned
- the bottom bracket has been replaced with a brand new bottom bracket and this brings the chainline to near perfect
- it has been fully cleaned
- the front headset has been serviced and flushed with new grease - the bottom cup is a little near grumbly and may need replacement in a few seasons (depending on how much road muck there is!) so I will include with the bike a brand new headset.

Things to be aware of:
- The bike has some very small marks to the paint and I think most of these could be brushed up with some T-cut.
- The saddle is loose for some reason? The saddle top doesn't seem to be attached tightly to the rails

It's a really fantastic bike with very little use, very clean and ready to go. I would love for it to go to a new home where it will be appreciated and used, rather than sitting in a room.
I would like 220 for it (given the service and condition) but there is a bit of wiggle room as I need the space! :D
