Description
With a great amount of reluctance, I have decided it is time to sell my 1997 Giant ATX890.
This bike cost £2000 when originally for sale in the 90s!
I have subsequently upgraded the front suspension to a vintage set of Manitou Answer 4 forks. I have had new elastomers shipped from the US for these forks and fitted them around 4 years ago. There is still a good amount of rebound in them and the bike is a joy to ride.
The bike has a mixture of period LX and XT components. It also has Marin stem and bars. There is also an unbranded saddle. Yellow sidewall Panaracer tyres were also must have!!!
I am looking for £525 all in. Am not willing to break it for the parts as don't have time or patience. Buyer collects and cash on collection.
