Pashley Pronto Cargo Bike - postman’s bike, very reliable, 40kg load front and rear panniers.
These bikes were designed for Royal Mail, designed to be low maintenance, to last for years and years. They’re very sturdy, can hold 20kg+ in each the front and rear panniers, which are built into the frame of the bike.
- Very useful bike
- 3 speed Sturmey-Archer hub gears
- Hub brakes - best brakes I’ve ever had on a bike, great stopping power even when fully loaded.
- 40Kg carry capacity
- Expensive when new
Few years old now, bits of rust here and there but nothing structural. Recently serviced, rides well. The kick stand is a little loose, no other issues.
Come and see/collect it Southall UB2, and I’ll knock a bit off the price. Pay the asking price and I’ll cycle it over to you, within reason!
