Description
Peugeot mountain bike, pro team.
The bike has done about 400 miles from new and has been stored indoors for too many years, not used due to health issues. It has all the original equipment still fitted with the exception of the gear shifters and pedals. Original kalahari tyres and mavic rims etc. The bike is light as the frame is renolds 531 and all the componentry is Shimano xt.
I changed the saddle for a gel version and fitted a suspension post. I changed the pedals and now has dual versions ; bear trap on one side and clip in on the other.
I fitted a lightweight aluminium Blackburn rack and a bottle cage. It has a bell and a computer. I also fitted full mudguards and had the bike shop change the gear shifters to handle bar twist shifters to accommodate arthritic thumbs. The original rapid fire thumb shifters will be sold with the bike in the price. The bike is a bit dusty with not been used and no doubt will clean up like new. 18" frame and 26" wheels.
A high end bike at a low end price.
