Description
For sale is my Nukeproof Dissent 290 in size large.
This is an ex Continental downhill team bike so up until my ownership it was professionally maintened and both forks and shock were serviced prior to sale.
I bought this bike under the farfetched idea that I would get back into downhill racing, but unfortunately the bike literally never left my garden, so other than a couple of laps of my grass, I've literally never ridden it!
Spec is as follows:
Dissent 290 frame (L)
Rockshox Debonair ultimate forks (TF tuned)
Rockshox Super Deluxe Ultimate shock (TF tuned)
Sram XO drivetrain, 7 speed
Hayes Dominian brakes
Renthal farbars
Fun RSX318 stem
Fun crossfire seatpost
Fabric seat
Mavic Deemax wheel set with Tannus armour inserts
Continental Kryptotal tyres
The only downside to the bike is that since I've just wheeled it out of the shed, the rear hub appears to be slipping, but I'm sure this can't be a big repair given that it was fine when I wheeled it away after having never ridden it!
