16" frame(small). Bought for 5ft 3 female but probably suit up to 5ft 6

This has also mudguards/pannier/bottle carrier
Very good condition-a few small scrapes on frame and tinybit of rust on a few rear spokes. Rarely used since purchase several yerars ago and kept in garage.
