Unisex - it's my fiancée's bike - she's 5'5" and it was perfect for her so maybe a small men's.
Pretty much perfect condition, well looked after and not used much - a couple of tiny marks on the top tube, seatstay and on the gear selector indicators (see photos)
Sora groupset, composite forks, Avid disc brakes, Giant CR70 wheelset in good condition. Tyres have some life. Comes with seatbag, chainstay protector, phone holder, and bottle cage.
Quick, and great for road and gravel/tow paths etc. Been a really good bike for the couple of years she's had it - just getting something new!
Will need new bar tape as this is degrading. Comes with flat pedals.
Collection preferred but could deliver for fuel cost if you're not too far.
