✅ I am a fully qualified C&G bike mechanic lead in a bike shop in Epping Forest and at Dr Bike events across London.
✅ The following key components have been checked and serviced on every bike:
- ✅ Brakes, cables and brake pads adjusted and aligned
- ✅ Gears indexed
- ✅ Frame, headset, hubs and bottom bracket checked for movement and tightened
- ✅ Chain checked for wear, cleaned and greased appropriately
