Mint condition Dawes Galaxy 853
Made with Reynolds 853. By far the strongest and lightest tubing. Used on this Super Galaxy Model and also the DAWES ULTRA GALAXY £1800 when new.
Dawes do not make steel bikes any, so this was the last version they made before dishing out terrible Aluminium bikes like everyone else. Cheap.
This bike rides like a Jaguar. Extremely comfortable. Super strong frame.
56cm ↕️ 57cm Top tube.
Extremely rare to find one in such good condition. Fully refurbished and ready to ride many thousands of miles.
Dawes Super Galaxy is described as one of the finest bicycles ever made. With a production run of over 50 years, it is beloved the world over.

All listings have been test ridden. Each bike has been fully stripped down and given a complete overhaul. Each and every part is cleaned, tested and should it need too, replaced. No bike leaves the workshop unless it has had this process. As a used bicycle, expect some signs of usage.
