Dahon Single Speed Folding Bike. You can adjust the height of the handlebars and seat, so will fit all sizes.
Both brakes work well and has very good Schwalbe Marathon Racer 20 Inch tyres.
Comes with luggage rack, kickstand and comfortable new Selle Royal Royalgel saddle.
Tyres are pumped up and can be ridden away for £120
Can also be easily made into an e-bike if that is something you might be looking to explore.
