Description
Fully operational and well maintained. Excellent on road, gravel, park trails, along the canal, etc.

The lacquer (clear coat) layer of the paint has cosmetic scratches as seen in the images. Cannondale uses a multi-layer paint process on their bikes, and the top layer is a clear coat designed to protect the underlying color coat and provide a glossy finish.
