A true honest bike in perfect working order. The bike has been very well maintained since new and regularly serviced (last service was in May 2025) to ensure it works just as it did the day it was new. The ‘Classic’ by Claud Butler has been the perfect bike for London - fast and nimble whilst also being extremely comfortable to ride. Only selling as I have decided to upgrade to a road bike. A few details below:

Frame: Steel frame bike painted in indigo blue (see last photo for colour). Frame is in perfect structural condition with no dents cracks or rust. Paintwork is generally good too but does have scuffs and scraps from use. Large frame vest suited to anyone 5ft9+. I am 6ft2 and it fit me perfectly with the seat up.

Gears: 18-speed (3x6) Shimano click-shift gears. All gears work as they should and click through very smoothly.

Brakes: Shimano v-brakes both sharp and strong front and rear. New brake cables fitted April 2024

Wheels & tyres: 700c aluminium wheels true and straight. Tyres in great condition with plenty of tread left. New tyres and tubes fitted in April 2024.

It really is a lovely bike and will be sad to see it go. Happy to answer any questions as best I am and try-before-you-buy encouraged.
