1988 Raleigh Silverblade – Fully Refurbished and Upgraded
Up for sale is a 1988 Raleigh Silverblade in excellent condition, fully refurbished, cleaned, and upgraded for reliable performance.
Key features and upgrades:
Tires: Tubeless sealant installed for puncture protection; tires in fair condition with no cracks.
Chain: Original chain replaced with a brand-new KMC 7-speed chain.
Gears: Rear derailleur replaced with a new Shimano Altus, fully tuned—every gear shifts smoothly. Full drivetrain cleaned, including crankset and freewheel.
Brakes: Front and rear brakes adjusted for perfect bite and reliable stopping power.
Maintenance: Bottom bracket regreased, freewheel cleaned, wheels balanced, seat post and bottom bracket threads lubricated. Pedal threads also lubricated for easy removal in the future.
