This was cleared from a garage after not being used for a while. The only problem I can see is that there is a break in the plastic covering one of the red lights .. Please see photos. I will out proper lamp covering red tape over this problem so that the lamp will work as it should when used on the road. So, this bike rack is all ready to use. It comes with one key. You can only lock the tow-bar connector.
