Each bag fits a pair of 700. 650. 26". With the tyres on. Not tried other sizes, but don't see why they wouldn't.
Each bag holds two wheels.
There's an integral partition, to stop the wheels rubbing on each other. Three pouches for bits and pieces. Strong zips. These aren't flimsy things.
There's a few rub marks where the axles meet, other than that in good condition.
The price is for one bag.
