700c. Clincher. For rim brakes, not discs.
Used, but not much, and plenty of life left. Nice and true, no gouges or damage. Some surface pitting to a few spokes. Bearings are smooth with no play.
Shimano freewheel fitted, which had an 8-speed with a spacer, so may take a 9er.
Nice light set of rims.
