Bike Box Alan Hire | £40 PER WEEK - Central/North/East/West London, Several Bike Box Alan’s available.
Operating since 2017 with many successful hires, I can easily cater for groups requiring multiple boxes.
Based out of Potters Bar, operating across London, Herts, Cambs and Essex. Delivery (evenings/weekends) can be arranged.
Costs: -1 week = £40. Longer durations available.

When we exchange, a deposit of £100 may be requested. Minor wear and tear will be accepted, but damage outside of normal use will need to be covered.
The boxes get serviced and cleaned before each hire. As needed I replace parts and check everything is in place before you receive the box.
The following is also included with each hire:
- Foam pipe insulation for added protection
- Plastic zip ties
- A pull/carry strap
- Instructions/training/tools (if needed) for bike packing
- QR skewers if your bike is Thru Axel and you don’t have a set
My objective is to make this a simple, fast, flexible and friendly service that delivers everything you require to take your bike to an event or on holiday.
