A unique system that allows you to quickly lock the halter bench in a fixed position.
Originally designed for use with the Hammer Strength HD Elite Power Rack to quickly and easily detach and wheel the dumbbell bench out of the rack.
However this can be used alone and personally I have found this to be the best bench that I have ever used as the stability is amazing due to the height and weight of the bench.
