He responded promptly to our advert about panelling the ground floor of our house and quickly arranged a visit to take measurements and understand exactly what we wanted. Shortly after, he sent us a highly professional and detailed PDF quote that clearly outlined the scope of work. The pricing was very reasonable, and we were impressed by both the presentation and Alex himself—so we booked him in for the following week. From the moment he arrived, it was clear Alex is a true craftsman. He was punctual, friendly, and trustworthy, and he kept the workspace incredibly tidy throughout.
