I converted the Oak Furnitureland computer desk to become a patio cooking station. Now that I have an electric grill and pizza oven, I needed somewhere to house the units, and so I modified this computer desk. Being Oak, it weighs a ton and so has had heavy-duty castors added to the unit for mobility. All vents and cable recesses were blocked up and sealed, making a nice enclosed unit that no outdoor critters could get into. The unit has been painted several times with outdoor paint and shouldn't need painting for another couple of years. There is an abundance of storage under the unit to hold such items as plates, glasses, drinks, etc. Being mobile, the unit can be wheeled over to your electric supply, where you can plug in your outdoor equipment and set up your cooking station. Having a roof, it won't matter if you have a slight shower, as everything will be inside the station. There's a handy (what used to be keyboard pull-out) sliding workspace that can be used for food prep, such as chopping veg or cutting meats. The main unit really is a one off and the only reason I'm selling it is that I've moved to a house with a smaller patio, and hence I don't really have the space. Along with the main unit is a pine unit that was painted in the same exterior paint, enclosed and sealed to keep out them critters and also placed on heavy-duty castors. I used this as a condiments and snacks cupboard when entertaining. I'm hoping these units will bring someone as much enjoyment as they have to me whilst entertaining, and cause just as many conversations. I had these units under my pergola, which has a roof, although the paint makes them weatherproof, no paint can keep all damage away if left to the elements, hence why I have given the units a lot of coats and kept them undercover.

The main cooking station is 58 inches high (147.5cm), 31 inches wide (79cm) and 23 inches deep (58cm).
The smaller accompanying storage cabinet is 34.5 inches high (88cm), 20 inches wide (50cm) and 18 inches deep (46cm)
