Supervisor Assistant Manager

Description

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking person to join our vibrant team at The Percy Arms in Chilworth (just outside Guildford). You will be hard-working, ambitious and most importantly, passionate about excellent customer service. We serve delicious fresh food in a lovely country setting at The Percy and demand service to match. You will be trained to do openings and closes and to assist the general manager and his team. You will have a background in hospitality and service.

You will be responsible for

• helping with the daily service of the restaurant and overseeing the flow of service

• answering email and telephonic bookings and enquiries

• booking in functions, hotel rooms and dinner bookings

• some evening closing shifts

• some morning opening shifts

• up to 50 hours per week
