Seeking experienced P/T LGBTQ+ bartender for East London bar

Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced LGBTQ+ Bartender to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing drinks to a high standard, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming inclusive atmosphere.

EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.

Deliver outstanding customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment for guests.

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stock rotation, glassware, and equipment.

Follow opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.

Upsell drinks and recommend menu items to enhance the customer experience.

Handle transactions accurately using the till system.

Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Requirements

Previous experience ESSENTIAL as a bartender in a London bar, pub, or restaurant.

Knowledge of classic cocktails.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Personal Licence or relevant bar training certificates (desirable but not essential).
