Bar Manager (or couple) live-in available

Description

We are looking for an experienced, mature and reliable person to join the team at our freehouse pub, The Ring O Bells, in Bath. The Ring O Bells is a traditional pub. It is a busy venue over 2 floors with a small garden. We are open 7 days a week and have a variety of regular events including showing live sporting fixtures and live music, we hold regular parties and events in our first floor private function room.

We need an enthusiastic individual that loves the buzz of a busy working environment and is a team player. You will need to be happy chatting to customers and delivering excellent customer service whilst being professional and efficient.

Requirements:

- Previous experience at senior level is essential.

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service

- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
