Role: Rota Nanny

Care for: Bright and imaginative 3-year-old boy

Days/Hours: 7am–7pm with afternoon downtime during naps, on a 4 weeks on/4 weeks off rota (flexibility for 2 weeks on/2 weeks off)

Location: Primarily Mumbai (around 70% of the year) with regular travel to London and other destinations

Salary: £70,000 gross per annum, plus benefits

We are looking for a brilliant, qualified nanny to care for a bright and imaginative three-year-old boy within a warm, welcoming and semi-formal household. He is articulate, curious and bursting with creativity, with a love of cars, music and imaginative play - and a wonderful sense of humour.

You will be responsible for shaping engaging, stimulating days filled with opportunities to learn, play and explore. From planning creative activities to organising outings and liaising seamlessly with his teachers, tutors, chefs and other members of the household, you’ll ensure his days run smoothly and are full of joy. This is a purely childcare-focused role with no nursery duties, so you can devote your full attention to his development and wellbeing.

The role is based primarily in Mumbai, where you will have your own separate accommodation, with regular travel to London and other destinations. In London, you will stay in a newly refurbished two-bedroom guest flat in Kensington, and wherever you travel, the family will always provide private accommodation - giving you space and time to relax in the evenings. Core hours are 7am to 7pm with downtime in the afternoons when he naps, and a driver will take you to and from work each day.

The ideal candidate will hold recognised childcare qualifications, be culturally adaptable, and bring warmth, creativity and professionalism to the role. Fluency in English is essential, and additional languages are always welcome.

In return, the family offers a salary of £70,000 gross per annum, annual reviews with the potential for increases, travel benefits, medical cover, all meals and amenities provided, and the opportunity to work in a supportive, respectful household where your skills and care will be valued.
