This luxurious Sylvanian Families house has five rooms spread across two floors. Beechwood Hall comes complete with a reversible floor panel, which can be used to add additional living space. The house can be opened and closed and you can attach the stairs, floor, balcony and railings. Beechwood Hall has two working lights which can be operated individually and these required batteries which are not included.
• Beech wood hall is the ideal family home for Sylvanians
• Two working lights and opens up to reveal five rooms
• It can be connected with cosy cottage (see my other listongs) and many other Sylvanian buildings
• Includes many accessories, as shown in pictures. These may NOT be complete sets and may include items from other sets. Some items (EG fire place) require batteries which are not included.
Comes from a smoke and pet free home. Items is clean but has been played with so there could be marks etc. Too large for packing and sending so for collection only. Please see my other listings for characters, accessories and other buildings.
