Beeches Dolls House Kit & Basement by Dolls House Workshop. This is a KIT but I’ve shown photos of a completed house so you can see what it looks like.
I bought this as it is but I won’t get around to making it as I’ve too many other houses! Basement has been partially assembled; the rest is still in kit form. I have checked all the pieces. There are 2 small things missing: the balcony lintel is missing. The 5 basement piers & caps are missing. These have been highlighted in yellow on 2 of the photos. Balcony door frame is broken at bottom. One of the main house doors is slightly knocked on the corner. Again, see photos. None of these are major and can be easily sorted.
This is a large house. Dimensions are:
