In excellent condition. Has been adored and played with lovingly by my daughter but she has simply just grown up! Would make an ideal Christmas or Birthday present for anyone who loves Barbie’s or any other doll / family toy (our Peppa Pigs and My Little Ponies had some seriously good adventures and holidays here).

This uniquely modern design is laid out between two towers, that each standing close to four feet tall. And with two outdoor areas including a rooftop patio and an expandable backyard with a pool & there is plenty for kids to explore.

Features include: a rooftop staircase, a skylight and a gliding elevator that spans all three floors. The included accessory pack contains a outside lamp that lights up and a keyboard that plays music (3 Batteries are needed for the lamp - LR44). This uptown retreat is the perfect match for their favorite 12-inch / 30cmdolls.

This is a very large dollshouse so please see the measurements below and make sure you have the room for it and also that it can fit it in your vehicle when collecting it. At least you won't have to build it up from a flat pack like I did!
