Description
Seeing is believing, or not believing! This ABSOLUTE stunning doll's house, reluctantly is for sale, this is an enormous one, all made from solid wood, with dove tailed joints, and proper hinges, and all the components are made from wood, and die cast metal, and fabric, right down to the toilet! There are so many components, I just cannot photograph them all, the whole thing comes apart in four sections, the front veranda leading up the front door, is one section, the ground floor is the second section, the first and second floors are the third, then the roof is the fourth, it is so heavy, hence why it all comes apart, everything is mint and has not been used, we bought it many years ago from the early learning centre for several hundred pounds, but only having one grand daughter who lives in France, and is now too old, it has been sitting in the attic, WELL protected, and from a clean smoke free house. You will never ever get another like this, and whoever buys it, if it is looked after, you will always get your money back, as you cannot replace it, the ones in secondhand shops are usually made from plywood and hardboard, and still cost quite a bit, so we think this is a bargain, for what you are getting. We will be so happy to let it go, for a young girl to enjoy, otherwise we will keep it, the price below is fixed, we are not taking an offer. once seen, you will see why. if you wish to see, give me notice, as I have to bring it down and assemble it, the dimensions are as follows: height is 85 inches, the width across as you look at it, is 60 inches, and the depth is 30 inches, without the front veranda part leading up to the front door, otherwise, when put on, the depth doubles to 60 inches. Any questions, feel free to ask.
