selling a brand new cot that has never been assembled or used. When we originally received it, a few of the wooden pieces had minor cosmetic defects — including some scratches, small dints, and a couple of hairline cracks. We contacted the retailer, and they kindly sent us a full replacement but told us to keep this one.
