Hello to everyone,
I am a European person who has been studying spirituality since childhood. Recently I started studying psychology at university as well.
By now, after more than several decades of experience, I can already say, that I have some remarkable results due to my practising.
I have a sense that I'm ready to advise regular people how to start or improve their spiritual lifes.
I came up with quite simple but uniform 'recipe' that would fit anyone to produce some spiritual results even within months (spiritual people already know that normally, in spirituality it takes decades to produce anything). I met many masters from around the world and put together their and my knowledge for the method that will produce results.
