Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 1pm- 9:30pm - flexibility required

What You'll Do:

As the Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm smile

Answering phone calls and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members

Managing appointment schedules and coordinating meetings

Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
