Lighting Designer
Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working available - must be local)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

We're working with a well-established industry leader in professional lighting, known for its commitment to quality, customer service, and cutting-edge design. With over a century of excellence behind them, they're now looking to expand their technical lighting design team with a talented and enthusiastic Lighting Designer.
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Lighting Designer, you'll play a key role in supporting the sales team by producing high-quality lighting designs for a wide range of projects. From large-scale tenders to bespoke designs, your work will span:
Interior spaces, external amenity areas, street lighting, and commercial environments.
Managing design requests and delivering on customer deadlines.
Collaborating daily with sales and customer service teams.
Contributing to departmental improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency.What We're Looking For:
We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset and a passion for lighting design. Ideally, you'll bring:
Previous experience as a Lighting Designer.
Proficiency in lighting design software (Visual Lighting 3D, Lighting Reality, Dialux, Relux).
Familiarity with AutoCAD or other CAD software (desirable).
Strong MS Office skills and an analytical approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.
A relevant qualification (LIA, ILP) or equivalent industry experience.Why Join?
