The Licensing Coordinator will play a key role in managing licensing agreements, ensuring compliance, and building strong relationships with clients in the fashion department. Based in Brighton, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the business services industry.

Description

Manage and maintain licensing agreements, ensuring all terms are adhered to and up to date.

Act as the main point of contact for licensing queries, providing timely and accurate responses.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and policies.

Coordinate and attend monthly face-to-face meetings with line management in Brighton.

Participate in client meetings and events as required to support licensing objectives.

Prepare and maintain detailed records and reports related to licensing activities.

Assist in resolving licensing issues and discrepancies efficiently and professionally.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of licensing processes and strategies.Profile

A successful Licensing Coordinator should have:

Experience working within the fashion or business services industry.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Knowledge of licensing processes and regulatory requirements.

Proficiency in using relevant software for record-keeping and reporting.

Willingness to attend meetings and events in Brighton and other locations as needed.Job Offer
